Data handling and deletion

The practice decides when to delete reviews and requests it receives; the application does not apply an automatic retention period. External providers may apply their own rules. This is general information, not legal advice.

Appointment requests

The form collects your name, phone, email and requested service so the practice can respond; the preferred date and message are optional. Your request is first stored in Supabase and can only be read by authorized administrators. A copy is sent to the configured notification provider, such as FormBold, and may reach the practice’s mailbox. If notification fails, the saved request is retained and a warning is shown. Submission does not confirm a time slot. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, identity documents or other sensitive information in the message.

Public reviews

The review form collects a display name, rating, comment, optional service and permission to publish. After submission, the review is visible publicly and can be removed by the practice. Do not include medical or other sensitive personal information.

Abuse prevention

Review and appointment forms use a fingerprint derived from network information to limit repeated submissions. Fingerprints older than 10 minutes are removed during a later cleanup.

Providers and external content

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase stores content, media, reviews, requests and administrator sessions. Notifications may be processed by FormBold, Web3Forms when configured as a fallback, and the practice’s email provider. Provider and mailbox copies must be managed separately: deleting a request in the admin does not automatically delete those copies. YouTube videos and Google maps are external content governed by their providers’ rules. Processing outside Cameroon may occur depending on these providers’ infrastructure; the practice must review their contracts and safeguards. Form data must not be used for marketing without appropriate authorization.

Use, retention and data requests

Reviews are stored in Supabase and remain visible until an administrator removes them; no automatic deletion period is configured. The practice decides how long to keep requests and removes them manually. Requests to access or delete data can be sent to the contact details below.
